Touch Screen Display in archway graphically displays instructions to customers and provides store personnel secured easy access to fault diagnostics. If a fault occurs, display alerts store personnel to problem, lists appropriate steps to remedy fault, and instructs reset of operation.

Stainless Steel Archway at infeed provides a visual and physical guide to inhibit carts with overhanging loads.

Durable low friction plastic shapes help customer align cart and guides cart into conveyor.

Photoelectric Sensors are positioned at both infeed and discharge levels to detect people or material other than shopping carts and turns unit off.

Clear Acrylic Barriers, one half inch thick, are embedded along top of balustrade to prevent customers from reaching moving shopping carts from escalator or stairway.

Red Light at discharge archway will flash during initial start up and shows a steady red if fault condition occurs.

Cart Arrestors are positioned along runaway as a redundant safety. In the event of a runaway cart, arrestors prevent carts from traveling to landing. Cart arrestors are spring loaded to absorb shock and reduce damage to merchandise and carts.
